01 — Return Window
7 days from delivery
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
02 — Eligible Reasons
When we accept returns
- Manufacturing defect — case is broken, peeling or damaged on arrival
- Wrong item received — you received a different product than what you ordered
- Damaged in transit — item arrived damaged due to shipping
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, wrong model selected by the customer, or items that have been used, scratched or damaged after delivery.
03 — Refund Timeline
How long does a refund take?
- Refund approved within 1–2 business days of receiving and inspecting the return
- Refund processed to original payment method within 5–7 business days
- UPI refunds typically arrive within 2–3 business days
- Card refunds may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank
